How do I create my account?
To create an account, simply go to the homepage and click on the little person icon in the top right corner next to the "Subscribe to newsletter" box, or in the menu on your mobile phone. You will then be taken to a new page where, under the text "Sign up," you enter your email address in the designated field. You will then arrive at your new account page, which you complete by providing the requested information. Finally, click on "Submit," and your account is created!
Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to several countries in Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, Great Britain, Netherlands, Portugal, Austria).
What are the delivery times?
For small parcels, the delivery time is 1 to 4 days after dispatch, provided that the item is immediately available.
Large parcels (over 30 kg or with non-standard dimensions) are generally delivered within 4 to 7 days after dispatch.
How do I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the homepage and click on the little person icon in the top right corner next to the newsletter box, or in the menu on your mobile phone. You will then be taken to a new page where, under the text "Log in," enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password?". You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.
How can I find the items I'm looking for?
Our items are categorized and each one includes several photos, a description, and useful information such as size, brand, material, etc. In addition, you can also search by keyword(s) in the search bar at the top center.
