Vintage ceramic dessert plate

    Six lovely vintage plates, the Landschap pattern, 21 cm in diameter, from the Dutch manufacturer Société Céramique. These black and white plates, with a decorative rim and a mountain landscape in the center, date from the 1950s. They have a beautiful original patina, with no chips, only signs of normal wear. Société Céramique de Maastricht is a historic ceramics manufacturer located in Maastricht, the Netherlands. It was founded in 1851 by Petrus Regout. In 1958, it merged with its competitor Mosa and in 1992 was acquired by the Sphinx-Gustavsberg Group.
